Standard Success Fee

Fees range from 15% - 20% of the candidate's salary, payable upon successful placement. Includes a standard 3-month rebate period. Should the placed candidate leave within this timeframe, we offer a free replacement to ensure your hiring needs are met without additional cost. The more you work with us, the lower the fee.

Cashflow+

25% of the candidate's salary, spread evenly over 12 months from the project kick-off date, easing the immediate financial impact and aligning with your cash flow. Should the placed candidate leave within the 12-month period, we offer a free replacement. If we don't find a suitable candidate within the first 3 months, all monthly fees are fully refunded.

Project Based Fee

For a more strategic and collaborative hiring effort, our Project-Based Recruitment Solution is the perfect fit. This option is ideal for companies looking to fill several roles within a specific timeframe and works on an agreed, set fee, spread over an agreed timescale.
