Fees
We believe in straightforward, transparent pricing and charge a flat percentage fee regardless of salary because the complexity and efforts involved in recruitment don’t necessarily correlate with salary. Often, market conditions, our network reach, and sector knowledge play a bigger role in the recruitment process. This means you get fair and predictable costs, reflecting the actual work involved, not the salary of the position.
Our standard fee model includes a 6 month replacement guarantee and is based on a flat 22.5% of the candidate's annual salary, regardless of the salary amount.
For added peace of mind, we also offer an extended 12-month guarantee and charge a fee based on 25% of the candidates annual salary.
